Complete Mandatory e-learning modules and attend Classroom lectures to earn a certificate

As per DGS circular 13 of 2020, course completion certificates will be issued to the students only after completing

A) e-learning module of DGS approved courses including assessment through DGS website from home or at sea AND
B) complete REGULAR course at institute with 100% attendance and exit examination by DGS at the institute
